Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows will also result in the loss of your deposit.

To ensure you get the most out of your session, here are a few tips to help you prepare:

Arrive Clean & Comfortable
A quick shower before your appointment helps you feel refreshed and enhances your massage experience. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing can also make it easier to relax before and after your session.

Hydrate
Staying hydrated is key to supporting your body’s natural healing process. Feel free to bring a water bottle.

Give Yourself Time to Unwind
Try to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and shift your mind into relaxation mode.

Communicate Your Needs
Whether you have specific areas of tension, prefer a certain level of pressure, or have any concerns, let me know so I can tailor the session to your needs.

Avoid Heavy Meals & Caffeine
A light snack beforehand is fine, but eating a heavy meal or consuming too much caffeine right before your session may make it harder to relax.

Turn Off Distractions
Consider silencing your phone to fully immerse yourself in the healing experience.

Feeling Unwell Policy
At Haeli’s Healing, your health and well-being — as well as that of our community — is our highest priority.
If you are experiencing any signs of illness, including but not limited to sore throat, congestion, cough, fever, body aches, or flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session.
Please rest assured that you will not forfeit your deposit or session payment in these circumstances. We deeply appreciate your honesty and mindfulness in helping us maintain a safe, nurturing, and healthy environment for all clients.
If you arrive showing symptoms of illness, we reserve the right to reschedule your session for a later date to ensure the comfort and safety of both clients and staff.
